About Us

Wise Flooring & Design is locally owned and operated in South Jordan Utah. We opened our doors officially in October 2009 and have expanded our showroom to a larger facility in April of 2019. We come from a third generation of not only residential and commercial flooring installation but also, retail of everything from carpet, vinyl, hardwood, laminate and more. We provide estimates for your flooring needs. We enjoy working with the residents and businesses in our area to create a beautiful space to live or work in.

Steve Johnson
Managing Partner

Steve comes with a long history of both flooring and installation services. As a third-generation flooring installer, Steve started in the flooring industry working for his grandfather’s flooring installation business. At a young age he was managing crews and overseeing large flooring projects. Steve later moved into flooring sales and management. He emphasized on commercial projects and diversity through ALL flooring sectors. His career in the flooring industry took off from there. After receiving his business degree, Steve help found Wise Flooring & Design. With a vast knowledge of both residential and commercial flooring, Steve has helped Wise Flooring gain its market share. His passion to help his clients with unsurpassed care, has paved the way to long term relationships. Steve cares for all his employees and demonstrates success starts with each customer. Every customer deserves our 100% effort, 100% of the time!

Susan Lundeen
Accounting

Susan has worn many hats during her career.  After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree, she worked in both city and state government, serving as the Communications Director for a state agency in Massachusetts. 

After moving to Utah, she was a business owner for 12 years. During that time, she was responsible for all accounting and human resources functions. Since then, she has applied her knowledge and experience assisting businesses with maintaining accurate accounting and personnel records using industry specific and accounting software.  

Susan believes that the best part of her job at Wise Flooring and Design is working for a company that is growing, while still maintaining a high standard of customer service and business ethics.
